Hmm. Interesting. Not everyone has not just 'raw' talent, but 'polished' talent even. You do. Nope, I'm no authority on your creations, but I am a confident consumer...and I'm 100% confident that you should pursue that talent. Don't miss your chance.

In all seriousness, assuming Patsou is talking about your work on the canvas rather than confectionery, and I'll add I think you're bloody brilliant at that. Always had the feeling though, college years aside, that you prefer not to use that talent in a commercial sense? Suffice to say, if you chose to, I'd expect you to be succesful.Send more muffins from your yacht!
