Not so long ago I used to get that Monday morning feeling that my day job was largely about taking cr+p from multiple directions. Fortunately for me, that job now belongs to UDH Boy, and my main concern this Monday morning is that the miserable downpour underway is interrupting my firewood collecting schedule...
It's a dirty job but someone has to do it

Those turds look suspiciously like 1950s space-men.
As you are discovering, one can always find something to complain about. It's gets much easier the older you get as well .....
Can't tell if you've managed to avoid the blues, or if you're subject to them anyway, despite having followed a dream? Must say I get them anyway, a bit of a disappointment after having left what I thought was causing them, sigh!
oh how stressful for a Monday ... it'll be next Monday before it dries out .. you could always use elephant pooh though that seems plentiful enough ;-)
@laog - I've examined the photograph a number of times and thought about your comment long and hard. I still cannot see any evidence of little brown men.
@DP - I try to follow in your footsteps.
@Patsou - Definitely avoiding them. Living the dream and deliriously happy... can't imagine you with the blues - how's the book coming along?
@70s - I can't vouch for the combustibility of pachyderm poo but since I've not come across any in the woods yet think we'll have to settle for soggy wood!
Well, I don't have them anymore as it's firmly Tuesday morning, haha. The book -- I have just finished 300 pages! Hoping to finish soon...
@patsou - Phew! Monday's behind us :-) Can't wait to read the book.. hurry up!!
